Learn how to enable automated Daily Ticket reports to be sent to your inbox.
Daily Ticket reports include a list of all tickets from the previous day. Reports are sent to your email inbox at the same time each morning. Daily Ticket Reports can be enabled by individual users through the Settings page.
Daily Ticket Report:
- Navigate to Settings from the left sidebar.
- Check the box next to Daily Ticket Report.
- You can also choose to enable Feedback Only ticket reports by selecting the adjacent check box.
- Select PDF or CSV as the report format.
- For CSV downloads, choose which fields are included on the report:
- Locate the field you wish to add in the Available column (left side).
- Drag the field into the Selected & Display Order column (right side).
- Drag/drop fields within the Selected column to change the order they appear on the CSV file.
- Click Save.
