In most cases this is related to the telephone number that we use to deliver SMS messages to employees being filtered by the carrier.
There are a couple of things that could be causing this to happen:
- They may have replied STOP to the initial text message because they didn't know what it was. In order to receive texts again, they need to text START to (844) 201-0773
- If #1 doesn't apply they should reach out to their service carrier and tell them to unblock (844) 201-0773
- If neither of those things works contact me back and I can have our team look into it further
