DOT e-Ticketing Mobile App: My Projects

The My Projects page provides quick access to your project details, associated reports, and efficient ticket management.

Accessing My Projects:

  • Open the mobile app and navigate to the "My Projects" section from the bottom options.

Project List View:

  • The "My Projects" page presents a comprehensive list of all your projects along with associated tickets.

Search and Filtering:

  • Tap the search icon at the top right to narrow your view based on specific criteria:
    • Date range
    • Jobsite
    • Truck number
    • Ticket number
    • Ticket status

Project Details:

  • Tapping on a project reveals the "Tickets by Day" page.
  • If you are an administrator, you can grant new inspectors access to the project from this page.
  • At the top, view essential project details, including the project name and start date, along with a count of all associated tickets.

Reports Section:

  • Below is the "Project Overview Report," summarizing the delivery statuses for all tickets in the project.
  • Swipe to access the "Quantity by Material Type Report," providing insights into the quantity ticketed and ticket count by material type. Tap "See more" to view the report in full screen.

Ticket List:

  • Below the reports is a list of tickets grouped by dates, with the "Date Overview Card" showing the number of tickets and total quantity for each day.
  • Tapping on a day opens a feed of tickets for that day, with the same reports now filtered for that specific day.

Additional Filtering:

  • Further filter the view by ticket status, including pending, delivered, rejected, or voided tickets.

Ticket Management:

  • Open and manage individual tickets directly from this view.
