Get with customer support, if your agency currently has it set as optional to collect user location data and you would like to make it a requirement instead.
- After logging in navigate to the project you wish to download tickets from.
- You can do this from the legacy view or in the Beta view.
- Select the records you wish to download and click on the Download Slips button.
- Only tickets marked delivered contain location data.
- Choose to download KML or GeoJSON files.
From there you can incorporate the file into your current operations system.
