EDOT Agency SSO Login Overview

Single Sign-On is designed to simplify your login process by using the same credentials across various agency tools. This guide will ensure you can seamlessly transition to using SSO for your EDOT Agency access.

What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication process that allows users to access multiple applications with one set of login credentials (such as an email and password). This means less time spent managing multiple passwords and more time being productive. Adopting SSO can also enhance security by minimizing the number of attack surfaces as users only login once each day and only use one set of credentials.

Logging in via the Web

    • Navigate to your agency’s unique login URL. This URL is specific to your agency and is typically provided by your administrator.
    • At the login page, enter your agency email and the password you use for other agency tools.

Logging in via the Mobile App

    • On your mobile device, open the EDOT Agency app and tap the "Sign In with SSO" button, which you can find at the bottom of the login screen.

    • From the drop-down menu that appears, select your agency.

    • Input the same email and password that you use for logging into other agency tools.

  • You should now be logged in to your account using the same login information for your other agency tools.
