EDOT Vendor - How to Connect to a DOT

  • After logging in to your account for the first time, navigate to the DOT Connection section on the HaulHub EDOT Vendor platform.
  • Here, you will find the option to connect to a DOT, which is essential for submitting and managing project-related documents and data.


Select and Add DOT

  • In the DOT Connection section, you can search for the DOT you wish to collaborate with by typing its name in the search bar.

  • Alternatively, you can browse through the list of available DOTs provided on the platform.

  • Once you have identified the desired DOT, click on the "Add" button to proceed with the connection request.


Submit Connection Request

  • Adding a DOT triggers a connection request, alerting the DOT of your intention to collaborate.

  • The status of your connection request will appear as "Pending" until the DOT approves your request.


Approval and Connection Status

  • You will need to wait for the DOT to review and approve your connection request.
  • Once approved, the status of your connection will change to "Connected," indicating that you are now successfully connected with your DOT.
