You have the ability to cancel a job through web or mobile
Web
- Login in to Customer portal
- Once logged in select Order Dashboard at top left
- The jobs that show up will be the jobs for the current day. If you need to find a future job you can select the date at the top of the screen .
- Select the job that you want to Cancel
- At the top left select Cancel Order
* If you are in the Truck Schedule tab you can also select edit order at the top of each order and then select cancel.
Mobile
- Login to the Orange HaulHub Field App
- The jobs that show up will be the jobs for the current day. If you need to find a future job you can select the date at the top of the screen .
- Find the job you want to cancel and swipe to the left.
- Select Cancel.
