Edit Columns and Group Tickets on Jobslip Web

How to edit the visible columns in the ticket feed

First select the Feed option from your left hand navigation panel

Then select 'Edit Columns' from the top right hand corner

From there you can use the hand to drag and drop the fields you would wish to see 

Jobslip will now remember your choices for the next time you log in!

How to Group Tickets in the Feed

Navigate to the Feed on the left sidebar.

Ticket groups are shown in the grey space below the Filter Projects date selector.

If no groups are enabled, a message will be displayed: Drag a column here to group by column.
