Certified Payroll: If the job you worked on is a prevailing wage job, we'll need you to fill out the required paperwork. Certified Payroll Via Web/Desktop/Computer/Tablet/Laptop
- Log into your account via Haulhub.com
- Click the ‘Documents’ tab found at the top of the page
- Click the blue ‘Sign Now’ button found under the ‘Status’ column
- Electronically, go through and sign the certified documents
- When completed a green ‘Download PDF’ button will appear in place of the ‘Sign Now’ one
- Repeat this for every certified document
Certified Payroll Via Mobile Phone ( IOS & Android)
- Log into your account on the HaulHub app
- Click the ‘Payment’ tab in the bottom right corner
- Make sure you are on the ‘Summary’ side in the Payments tab
- Click the blue ‘Sign’ button next to the certified that needs to be signed
- Fill out the certified document with the info asked
- Repeat this for every certified document
Certified Payroll Docs (CPDs) are prevailing wage forms that we generate for Fleets. They are signed via DocuSign by the Fleet owners, attesting that they will pay government PW rates to the drivers, and are then provided back to Customers for tax purposes.
