My shift said it expired, what does that mean? (Fleet Owner - Owner/Operator)

There is a chance that your shift expired because you did not start your shift in time.

A shift will automatically expire if it was not started within 8 hours of the shift start time. If this happened but your driver still worked the shift you will need to provide a signed slip from the contractor with the hours worked by the driver. This can be emailed to support@haulhub.com.
